An easy Křivoklátsko walk from Zbiroh through Jablečno and Líšná villages: 15 km
- The Křivoklátsko nature area has many great walking options, although most involve long sections in the extensive forest areas and rarely visit some of the attractive old villages that dot the countryside to the west of Prague. This walk passes through three villages and is in mostly open countryside which offers good views of the attractively hilly landscape.
- The walk starts in Zbiroh, with its well known chateau-hotel, although the route is on the opposite side of valley from the chateau. The route initially follows the stream valley past the pretty Zbiroh ponds, which are often lined with locals fishing. The first village visited is Jablečno, built in a traditional medieval circular style. Jablečno has a number of well maintained 18th and 19th century timbered buildings.
- From Jablečno, the route then heads through the villages of Lišná and Týček. The former has a classic village pub, Hospoda Na návsi – which is a good lunch stop (map point 6). On the return to Zbiroh village, also consider a stop for refreshments at the ESO cake shop (map point 8) for some excellent pastries. The 15 km circular route is on a mix of country lanes and easy forest tracks, with just less than 200m of height to ascend-descend.

Directions
- Start in the center Zbiroh village, which has various local bus connections and a small parking area just off the main street
- Walk down the main street to the Zbiroh – Zámostí junction and there join the BLUE trail, heading towards Skryje
- After 3.4 km reach the village of Jablečno and there turn right onto the YELLOW trail heading in the direction of U sv. Petra
- After 2.8 km reach the U sv. Petra junction and there turn right onto the GREEN trail heading through Lišná to the Na Chrástech junction, reached after 3.7 km
- At the Na Chrástech junction, turn right onto the RED trail heading back to Zbiroh, reached after 4 km
