The Kögler nature trail, established in 1941 by Rudolf Kögler, is the oldest natural science trail in Czech Republic. The original 12 km route has been expanded to a 23 km circular trail starting in Krásná Lípa.

The meadows around Vlčí hora (Wolf mountain) are particular beautiful in early summer. Visit the romantic ruins of Volfštejn castle on the ascent and then circle back along the scenic Mže river.
