This is a relatively easy stage in the attractive open countryside of south Moravia, passing an important Marian pilgrimage site before arriving in Bučovice, with its superb Renaissance chateau.

The Cyril & Methodius trail, stage 17: from Křtiny to Rousínov – 19 km (extendable)
Stage 17 of the C&M trail is one of the easier on the route. Apart from spectacular Křtiny, there are few highlights to see – so a tranquil stage to recover some energy perhaps!
