One of the best viewpoints in the Krušné hory is the summit of Velký Špičák (965m), easily reached by a short nature trail from a car park near the village of Kovářská.

Komáří hůrka (808m) is a well known summit at the eastern end the Krušné hory ridge. Easily accessible (including by year round chairlift) there is a nice flat walk along the ridge offering good viewpoints.
